In our world, we are fed this concept that everything must happen at this time and if it does not actually happen now, it's not worth it. Your body is going to really change acrossthe years, so why not make a lifelong promise to keeping healthy? Is that an attractive sellable idea? Not so much. But is it something that might really change the course of your life? Totally.

When you make a pledge to keeping your body healthy all throughout your entire life, you will ultimately reach whatever goal you wish. It is all about seeing the big picture than just the few months in front of you till summer. It's honestly about developing something that you can be proud of for ever and ever. For me, that idea changed the course of my life as I was able to eventually hit my health targets after 12 years of struggling with my self image and food issues. But as soon as I changed my perspective of what I was trying to accomplish, everything I had wished for came to me. So try it on for size and see if it might work for you. Make a lifetime commitment to keeping healthy and watch how much your body will change in the short term also.
